MENTAL WELLNESS & SUCCESS WORKSHOP SERIES
Programs are designed to fit your needs and desired outcomes. Workshops can be completed in as little as 2 hours and can be expanded or combined for half-day, full-day, and multiple-day experiences to incorporate the content depth and number of participants desired. Workshops are designed to be highly interactive with a focus on expanding the mindset of the participants instead of information and data overload.
Positive Attitude & Happiness Mindset Workshop
With different learning styles in mind, this workshop focuses on embracing a positive mindset, building its resiliency, and applying it to various situations. Participants will be able to better align their efforts, reduce their frustrations, and manage their expectations. Workshop is based on my book.
Participants will leave with:
- a better understanding of what the elements of a positive mindset are
- how to apply a strengths-based mindset
- ways to reframe situations and see more possibilities and opportunities
- ready to apply takeaways to a challenging situation
This workshop can be extended further to include additional ways to expand happiness.
Succeeding in Ambiguous Situations Workshop
This workshop focuses on building resiliency and embracing ambiguity which will in turn help with reducing stress, increasing creativity, and overcoming challenges more easily.
Participants will leave with:
- a better understanding of what makes an ambiguous situation difficult
- how ambiguity serves them
- ways to be more comfortable with ambiguity
- ready to apply their insights to a future situation
Participants will gain new perspectives to help shift their mindsets to see more possibility and opportunity in ambiguous situations. Each person will reflect and decide on an experiment to try to be more comfortable with ambiguity in future situations.
Creativity & Innovation Workshop
This workshop focuses on stimulating the innovative and creative kid inside each participant. Fun, play, curiosity, and silliness will be explored and highlighted to help participants have a new outlook on creativity and its importance in innovation.
Participants will leave with:
- a better understanding of what creativity is and what limits creativity
- how creativity serves them and breeds innovation
- ready to apply their insights to a personal innovation challenge
Participants will gain new perspectives to help shift their mindsets to see more possibility and opportunity when creating solutions. Each person will reflect and make an action plan to apply to a personal innovation challenge.
Motivation, Celebration & Appreciation Workshop
This workshop focuses on the importance of acknowledging and celebrating progress and yourself, which will support and enhance engagement, contentment, and enthusiasm.
Participants will leave with:
- a better understanding of what motivates them and others
- how celebrating serves them
- ways to energize themselves
- ready to apply takeaways to a personal situation
Participants will have additional viewpoints on the necessity and importance of celebration and appreciation. Each person will reflect on their behaviors and determine what they will try to better align with their newly stretched perspective.
Workshops are structured to embrace mindset expansion and participant revelations with the following elements:
- Open-ended questions
- Partner discussion
- Summary skills practice
- Trust building between co-workers
- Reframing skills practice

What does it take to have a resilient workforce? It might seem obvious. You need resilient employees and leaders who embrace a culture and mindset of resiliency.

- what mindset best serves each individual
Being Present Workshop
There are so many distractions in life. Too few of us spend time being present with ourselves because of these distractions and it not being a priority.
Participants will discuss:
- the importance of being present
- the impact of not being present
- beliefs they have about being present
- ways to be present
- what each individual wants to do to be more present
Self-Acceptance Workshop

- beliefs they have about self-acceptance

Boundaries & Expectations Workshop
This workshop focuses on our personal boundaries and expectations. These are the essential elements that control who influences your life.
Participants will discuss:
- the importance of boundaries and expectations
- what impacts do boundaries and expectations have
- beliefs they have about boundaries and expectations
- creating better serving boundaries and expectations
- what each individual wants to do about their boundaries and expectations
Balance Workshop
There are so many ways to look at balance in life. Which way best serves you? This workshop provides the space to examine your idea of balance and tweak it to better serve you.

Celebration & Appreciation Workshop
Personal celebration and appreciation is a topic that is rarely addressed although it is essential for re-energizing a person.

- what each individual wants to celebrate and appreciate more
5 CHALLENGES ACHIEVERS FACE IN THEIR PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS & SUCCESS COURSE
You are invited to an intimate discussion on the 5 resiliency challenges we all face in our pursuit of happiness and success with a heavy emphasis from an Achiever’s perspective. This is not a typical training course. You will cultivate resiliency through being present, self-acceptance, boundaries and expectations, balance, and celebration. In addition to hearing the instructor’s perspective, you will be watching and hearing perspectives from a group of individuals who participated in a series of recorded online classes. There is time built in for your own reflection and personal application.
