Welcome to the place where everything becomes possible and where success doesn’t require that you start from scratch

Authentic Leadership and Executive Coaching is a catalyst for reaching your professional and personal goals faster.

Inside your brain are hundreds—scratch that, THOUSANDS! — of stories you’ve unknowingly written about yourself. Some of these stories influence your day more often than others.

Like the one where you think people won’t like you anymore if you say, “No.”

Or the one where you’re convinced that anything less than total perfection is a failure.

Ouch.

So, you keep showing up. You do more, learn more, take on more, and work more hours than anyone else. Even when you recognize that this version of you isn’t sustainable. Because you’re sure that MORE is the only way to become the version of yourself you desperately want to be.

Here’s where our paths intersect

What if I told you that the idea of more is yet another (untrue!) story you’ve written about yourself?

It speaks to a single, unsustainable way to achieve your goals.

Enter authentic leadership and executive coaching!

“Oh, great,” you think. “Yet ANOTHER thing to take on…”

But before you balk, know that coaching in this space is simple and organic, encouraging you to show up exactly how you are on any given day. It’s not added work or learning how to become a radically new person.

It’s permission to be the amazing human you already are even while you are being your toughest critic! And it serves as your guide through the baby steps necessary to learn how to show up for yourself the way you do for others.

Coaching helps you reframe the stories you tell yourself and supports you in the writing of new ones.

I’m like having a little angel on your shoulder, guiding you toward the happiest, most sustainable version of yourself!

Here’s a peek into how our sessions could go…

Use authentic leadership and executive coaching to explore, strategize, and get clarity on topics that are taking up your headspace, heart space, or energy. Schedule a time and simply bring yourself—whatever that looks like on any given day—and we go from there. There is no homework. There is no need to perform, feel pressured, or be perfect—unpolished is welcome!

You do not need to know what direction to take or have any answers. And best of all, you will be fully supported without owing anything in return or having the emotional burden to repay the support you have received. Our meetings will likely be something you look forward to on your calendar!

My coaching style and its results are as unique as the individuals I have the pleasure of working with. Because it’s designed to be organic and flexible, you can expect support around topics that matter most to you. The possibilities of what comes next are endless…but here are a few:

Prioritizing your goals, concerns, time, needs, and desires

Improved communication and patience with yourself and others

Increased levels of happiness, joy, and contentment

  • Feel unsupported and lack mentorship/growth opportunities
  • Want to be more assertive and own your voice
  • Tend to put others’ needs before your own and minimize your value

  • Find yourself doing something unsustainable and don’t want to get to the end of your rope before making a change
  • Are frustrated with always being the team player and stepping up to help

Who am I?

Hi, beautiful human! I’m Christina, the Founder of Possibility Lab. My clients have described me as “magical,” “radiant,” “thoughtful,” “wise,” and “full of energy.”

I’m passionate about creating spaces that hold clients in unconditional positive regard. All of you is welcome in this space—even the parts of yourself you prefer to hide from your coworkers, team, or boss.

As a coach, one of my greatest superpowers is taking clients to a new level of self-trust they never imagined possible. Partnering with me means holding space for honest, organic, and direct conversations—with a bit of humor and magic mixed in to keep things positive. In addition to being certified with the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach, I’ve supported over 350 leaders.

I look forward to supporting you, too!

You can get with this, or you can stay with that…the choice is yours!

Big changes on the inside don’t happen overnight, it’s true. Usually, they happen so gradually that you don’t even recognize them. But they do happen.

The question is, do you want to intentionally move toward positive changes in your professional and personal life?

Or continue along your current path?

Both can be challenging. Your choice lies in which challenge you choose.

“I have been working with Christina for 4 1/2 years and our work has profoundly changed my life and the life of my family. Christina has helped me recognize and create space for a life that I didn’t think was available to me. She never pushes me in any one direction, rather facilitates self discovery. She maintains a judgement free, agenda free coaching practice and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who’s looking to create better boundaries, opportunities, and possibilities for themselves, both personally and professionally. I’ve worked with Christina to ask for a raise, to illuminate needs in my marriage, to prepare for the birth of my first child. "Her support through some big professional transitions for me really made the process so much better."

“Christina’s coaching came at an amazing time in my career. Her support through some big professional transitions for me really made the process so much better. Really one of the biggest takeaways was the reminder that I was in the position I was in for a reason. She also challenged me regularly to consider different views or angles of a situation. I’ll always remember bracing myself (in a good way) for her ability to hear my challenge and then turn it a different way. I needed that, and I apply lessons I learned in those scenarios to my day to day. I highly recommend working with Christina. I also recommend giving yourself the time and focus that both you and she deserve during each session. Get away from your desk and take a little “me time” for some coaching. Thank you, Christina!”

Frequently Asked Questions

What is coaching?

I treat coaching as organic, fluid conversations focused on what matters most to you/your priorities (what’s taking up your head/heart space and energy?). Our coaching conversations are loosely structured to allow exploration, direction changes, and deep discussions. Creating possibilities that match you and reframing are techniques I use often. You will get out what you put into coaching.

How does one-on-one coaching work?

This form of coaching typically starts with twelve sessions to be used within one year or quicker, depending on your goals. Sessions are organic, allowing you to bring details (such as your to-do list or strategic decisions you need to make), ideas (such as wanting to improve as an executive or leader or wanting to make a career shift and not knowing where to start), or feelings (such as feeling bored, tired, disengaged, or angry) without a defined problem or homework. My coaching conversations are loosely structured to allow exploration, direction changes, and deep discussions. To improve the value of each session, we’ll look at what was helpful about the discussion and what would work better for the next session. Each coaching conversation is focused on your prioritized challenges and opportunities. I will not direct any topics we cover during our time together. Instead, we’ll work on your highest priority and tie that progress back to the larger-scale goal or improvement that you desire.

What is the unlimited all-in coaching package, and what are its benefits?

This form of coaching provides access to unlimited scheduled coaching sessions and short (5-15 minute) in-the-moment, ad hoc, laser coaching sessions by phone for one year. This package provides dedicated coaching support so you can continue to make the progress you want, no matter what obstacles you face.

What is group coaching?

Join a small group (4-8 individuals) of amazing humans on a journey similar to yours! Receive support from the group and get personal attention on your priorities through highly interactive, facilitated conversations that are both supportive and challenging and focus on expanding our mindsets, seeing new perspectives, and experimenting with different actions to create possibilities that match you. Group coaching typically includes up to ten 90-minute virtual sessions. Sessions are not recorded. Participants are encouraged to define a priority they’d like to progress on and put energy into that they are willing to share with the group. Group coaching can significantly support you if you:

  • Feel unsupported and lack mentorship/growth opportunities
  • You want to be more assertive and own your voice
  • You tend to put others’ needs before your own and minimize your value
  • Feel things deeply…it’s a part of who you are
  • Want to trust yourself more, have more confidence, and lean into your authentic leadership style
  • Are tired of being overlooked or held back
  • Are doing something unsustainable and don’t want to get to the end of your rope before making a change
  • Feel frustrated with always being the team player and stepping up to help

  • Inner critic
  • Communications
  • Negotiations
  • Limiting beliefs
  • Women/female leadership
  • Overcoming fear

  • Time/energy management
  • Navigating difficult conversations
  • Giving feedback
  • Being direct
  • Authentic leadership
  • Increasing happiness

The specialization I’m most proud of is helping my clients develop radical self-trust in all areas of their lives.

Am I required to be on video?

No. Coaching with me will always lean into phone calls. This ensures you don’t have to be confined to a space or worry about finding a WiFi signal. Instead, you can be doing something you enjoy, like walking outside or relaxing and listening to the birds. Some people listen, create, and think differently when they are moving. If this is you, please embrace this in a safe way and in a safe place that makes you feel free to share openly. My only requirement is that you do not drive or operate other heavy machinery during our calls.

Why should I work with Christina?

I’m authentic, direct, fun, and challenging yet supportive. I energize others to be daring and to challenge their limitations and mindsets. I like to blend fun with practicality. I’m big on listening to your intuition, doing things your way, and focusing on the things you control. I can move quickly for those who are bored easily or create the space for thinkers to process and analyze new ideas. I strive never to have the coaching process feel like homework or a waste of time.

Is Christina's coaching only for leaders and executives?

Not at all! My coaching is for achievers, executives, workaholics, rebels, over-thinkers, creatives, and anyone craving more fun, laughter, and happiness. Whether you’re looking to boost your confidence, manage through layoffs or reorganization, or improve your communication, my coaching is tailored to various needs and backgrounds. I work best with people who consider themselves to be self-motivated, reliable, thoughtful, driven/ambitious, and action-oriented. These individuals tend to appreciate direct, to-the-point communication, tough love and honest feedback, humor or sarcasm, and tools and techniques they can apply to their situations immediately. If you are committed to making progress on your goals and are open-minded, we might be a great match!

How much homework should I expect?

None! Your coaching session is designed to be organic and fluid, ensuring we can address your priorities during each session. Homework is never assigned, and you are always encouraged to do something comfortable or energizing during our calls, such as walking (your dog can go too!). You are welcome to assign yourself homework or ask for resources to support your journey in a way that best serves you.

What are the outcomes of Christina's coaching?

Through my coaching, you can expect outcomes like radical self-trust, calming your inner critic, confidence building, improved balance at work and home, enhanced executive presence, authentic leadership, courage, and self-empowerment. You’ll also develop the ability to manage through change, improve your communication practices, and gain confidence in difficult conversations and conflict.

What do I need to budget to invest in coaching?

This depends entirely on the support and access you wish to have. Variables include individual versus group coaching sessions, how long our sessions run, how frequently you’d like to connect, if any review of materials is required before we can get started, if a 360 assessment is needed, if you will want to include facilitated conversations with your manager, and so on. Typically, group coaching packages begin at $1,000, depending on the program. A year commitment of individual coaching averages $1,000 to $2,000 per month; however, many clients have custom packages that meet their needs for as little as $5,000. Executive coaching packages begin at $25,000. No matter your budget, the best way to find out what’s possible for you is to book a call with me.

Many of my clients have employers willing to partially or fully sponsor/pay for their coaching journey. If you plan to self-fund your coaching experience, please let me know what budget you have available so we can create a package that works for you.

What are the differences between individual and group coaching?

Individual coaching is always entirely focused on what you want and what will serve you. You schedule the times that work for you at the frequency that best supports your needs. More flexibility and personal progress can be achieved through individual coaching. The Group coaching format has some dedicated time for you to focus on a topic, and there will also be others who will support you with your topic, and you will support them with their topics. Set times are established for the group to meet, and the frequency and length of meetings have limited flexibility. With Group coaching, you will have less dedicated time for your needs, more sense of community with other group members sharing in your journey, and sessions that are usually longer and not flexible in rescheduling easily. Group coaching is a less expensive option, while individual coaching is more expensive.

How can I get started with Christina?

Getting started is the easiest part! Book a call with me.

How does the coaching process with Christina begin?

My coaching process begins with a phone call where you can discuss your current situation, bring ideas, or share your feelings. This initial conversation sets the stage for exploring the topics that matter most to you while ensuring we have a great connection and chemistry, which are vital for getting the most from this process.

What can I expect after saying "YES" to coaching with Christina?

My coaching style is unique, organic, and flexible. After committing to coaching, you can expect support tailored to your goals, concerns, time, needs, and desires. We’ll determine how long we’ll work together and how often we’ll meet (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or some other frequency) based on your needs. You’ll receive an agreement outlining everything we discuss and your initial invoice. Once everything has been signed, you’ll get access to my calendar, where you can begin scheduling our conversations.

Why is there a waitlist for Group coaching?

Group coaching requires a group of compatible people ready and willing to meet at the same time and for the same duration. Unless there is already a group open to adding new members, a new group will need to be created, and the waitlist allows for the group’s curation to be possible. If you have a group of people assembled and ready to start group coaching, please feel free to grab a time to discuss your situation with me. Join the Group Coaching Waitlist.

How long might we work together, and how often might we meet?

It depends on you, your goals, your want for coaching, and many other factors. Some clients work with me for 3 to 6 months, while others continue to work with me even after five years. Coaching meeting frequencies can change from weekly to monthly or quarterly and back to weekly again depending on your situation and intention for using coaching support. You dictate your coaching journey!
